Hi!
We have been animating this week - and it has been tough. Really tough.
But cool. Very cool.
So here is a little sketch I did of the little girl that we are animating. She was designed by my tutor but I was doing some practice drawings of her today and did this little interpretation of her.
It's funny tho, how when you see your drawings scanned or photographed you then see the mistakes - and they seem REALLY obvious. Kind of like when you hold it up to a mirror I guess.
Oh well. We finish our scene next week - our tutors have kindly given us 8 days to complete the keys and breakdowns of the scene, so maybe next week (again if I'm feeling brave), I'll pop up the line test on here. : )
Oh and the P.S. is in regards to the Japanese Art Festival on this Friday, Saturday and Sunday - I'm going to donate 50% of the sales of my art to the Japanese Tsunami Relief Fund that they will be fundraising for at the exhibition - so all you Aucklanders out there come and buy some art! I think that quite a few of the artists are doing the same thing - so it's for a very good cause.
Til next time...
